Boiereasca Earth Seeds is based on a unique recipe, with 15% seed mixture and a special levain, which gives it an unmistakable taste. Levain is also a healthier alternative than yeast, with benefits for digestion.

Ingredients: White wheat flour 650, water, 18% maya (water, white wheat flour, selected starter crops), 15% seed mixture (sunflower, flax, black and white sesame, poppy, chia, millet in varying proportions), wheat gluten, yeast, iodized salt, fermented rye flour, preservatives (sorbic acid, calcium propionate), emulsifier (mono and diacetyltartaric acid esters with mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), barley malt flour, antioxidant: ascorbic acid . May contain traces of soy.
